Nashville

Direct Route

• Follow I-40 East toward Knoxville approximately 30 miles
• Take exit 239A (the Watertown/Highway 70 East exit)
• Follow Hwy. 70 East 35 miles into Smithville
• From the intersection of Hwy. 70 and Hwy. 56 in Smithville, continue east on Hwy. 70 for 1.4 miles and turn right onto Evins Mill Road
• Look for Pirtle Nursery billboard
• Follow Evins Mill Road another 1.4 miles, and Evins Mill is on the left (beware of sharp curve on Evins Mill Road!)
• Approximate driving time: 1.25 hours

Scenic Route

• Follow I-40 East toward Knoxville approximately 65 miles from Nashville
• Take exit 273 (the Smithville-McMinnville/Hwy. 56 South exit)
• Turn right off ramp and follow Hwy. 56 South 13 miles into Smithville
• At the intersection of Hwy. 56 and Hwy. 70 in Smithville, turn left onto Hwy. 70 East
• Follow Hwy. 70 East 1.4 miles and turn right onto Evins Mill Road, look for Pirtle Nursery billboard
• Follow Evins Mill Road another 1.4 miles, and Evins Mill is on the left (beware of sharp curve on Evins Mill Road!)
• Approximate driving time: 1.5 hours

Knoxville

• Follow I-40 West toward Nashville
• Take exit 273 (the Smithville-McMinnville/Hwy. 56 South exit)
• Turn left off ramp and follow Hwy. 56 South 20 miles into Smithville
• At the intersection of Hwy. 56 and Hwy. 70 in Smithville, turn left onto Hwy. 70 East
• Follow Hwy. 70 East 1.4 miles and turn right onto Evins Mill Road
• Follow Evins Mill Road another 1.4 miles, and Evins Mill is on the left (beware of sharp curve on Evins Mill Road!)

Chattanooga

• From I-24, take exit 178 (to downtown Chattanooga) onto Hwy. 27 North and follow 23 miles past Red Bank and Soddy Daisy
• At the fork in the highway, take Hwy. 111 North (to Dunlap) and follow 60 miles to Sparta
• In Sparta, take the exit for Hwy. 70 (to Sparta/Smithville), turn left off ramp and follow Hwy. 70 West approximately 19 miles toward Smithville (Please note that prior to this exit, there are also exits for Hwy. 70S West to McMinnville and Hwy. 1 East to Sparta. Do not take either of these, but continue on Hwy. 111 to Sparta)
• Several hundred yards after Hwy. 70 changes from two lanes to five, turn left onto Evins Mill Road
• Follow Evins Mill Road 1.4 miles, and Evins Mill is on the left (beware of sharp curve on Evins Mill Road!)
• Approximate driving time: 1.75 hours

 Murfreesboro

• Follow Hwy. 96 east approximately 45 miles until it intersects with Hwy. 70
• Turn right onto Hwy. 70 east and follow 15 miles into Smithville
• From the intersection of Hwy. 56 and Hwy. 70 in Smithville, continue straight on Hwy. 70 east 1.4 miles and turn right onto Evins Mill Road, look for Pirtle Nursery billboard
• Follow Evins Mill Road another 1.4 miles, and Evins Mill is on the left (beware of sharp curve on Evins Mill Road!)
• Approximate driving time: 1 hour

McMinnville

• Follow Hwy. 56 north twenty miles to Smithville
• From the intersection of Hwy. 56 and Hwy. 70 in Smithville, turn right onto Hwy. 70 east
• Follow Hwy. 70 east 1.4 miles and turn right onto Evins Mill Road, look for Pirtle Nursery billboard
• Follow Evins Mill Road another 1.4 miles, and Evins Mill is on the left (beware of sharp curve on Evins Mill Road!)
