While the Grand Lodge is the heart and architectural gemstone of Evins Mill - where guests arrive, park and check-in, and where many of the Inn's gathering areas are located - overnight accommodations are located in three adjacent bed and breakfast Guest Houses, situated on a steep slope overlooking a bluff on the other side of Fall Creek. The first guest house, Lockhart, is just a stone’s throw away from the Lodge and offers a few advantages...

• As guests park by the Lodge, Lockhart is the most convenient.
• Lockhart offers picturesque views of the spillway, pond & gristmill.

Lawrence and Webb bed and breakfast guest houses respectively are about 150 and 300 feet from the Lodge. Both look out over beautiful scenery but are further recessed from views of the spillway, pond and gristmill. Each guest house features two types of rooms - Mountain Laurel on the upper level and Evergreen on the lower level.
