Instead of a box lunch, the Complete American Plan includes a seated three-course meal, featuring a soup or salad, hot sandwich or salad entree and dessert, and is an additional $10 for two guests.

Meals are included in every lodging package at Evins Mill and are a highlight of the overnight experience, but the Inn also invites day-tripping adventurers to enjoy the property and by reservation join us for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Evins Mill offers Theme Packages to compliment its existing lodging & dining services. With either plan, guest may replace the box lunch with a three-course seated lunch for an additional $10.

Valentine's Weekends
On the weekends closest to Valentines, the Inn puts Cupid to work. You and your Valentine will enjoy heavy hors d'oeuvrs, a five-course candlelit and fireside dinner, special turn-down service, a long stem rose in a ribbon-wrapped vase, a personalized Valentine’s Day card and the option of breakfast in bed.

Memorial Day & Labor Day
Come to Evins Mill for a patriotic Memorial Day or relaxing Labor Day weekend. Enjoy festive cookouts, hikes to Carmac Falls, and excursions on Center Hill Lake and the Caney Fork River.

Fourth of July and the Fiddlers' Jamboree
Get ready for a fiddlin' good time. Every Fourth of July, Smithville hosts the Fiddlers' Jamboree, the country’s premier bluegrass festival. Located just minutes away from the town square where all the fiddlin' and cloggin’ contests are held, Evins Mill is the perfect springboard for a weekend of bluegrass. It's also the ideal place to celebrate our Independence Day, with cookouts and patriotic favors for all.

Halloween Pumpkin Carving
Every Halloween, Evins Mill hosts its ever popular pumpkin carving contest.  Following lunch on Saturday, guests are given a plum pumpkin and tools to carve.  That evening, pumpkins are placed on display in the Grand Lodge.  With the lights dim, the panoply of pumpkins provide a magical setting for dinner. After the evening meal, guests vote on the best pumpkin.  The winner receives a complimentary Bed & Breakfast package at Evins Mill.

Thanksgiving
Celebrate your Thanksgiving at Evins Mill and allow our chefs to do the the heavy lifting. In addition to the fall colors and decorations, we'll treat you to a traditional Thanksgiving feast with all the trimmings, as well as scenic hikes to Carmac Falls. Or you may just want to park yourself in front of our large screen television and watch some college bowl games.

New Year's Eve
Tired of the same old New Year's parties in town? Then come to Evins Mill and usher in the New Year in an intimate but celebratory setting. Hearty hors d'oeuvres followed by a five-course dinner by candlelight and special turn-down service is just the way to ring in the new year. The next morning, enjoy a New Year's brunch and football games galore.

Depending on the holiday, rates may be $20 to $40 more per room than the Expanded American Plan rates outlined above.
