Event Pricing

There are four components to pricing a wedding or other special events at Evins Mill...
The property rental fee gives you and your guests exclusive access to the resort's public facilities & grounds for one day & night - or for the entire weekend.
Rental of all overnight accommodations is required and available at discounted rates, and may be billed to individual guests, added to the master bill or a mixture of the two.
The furnishing & facilitation fee includes the provision, set-up & break-down of furnishings essential to special events as well as on-going consultation with our event facilitator.
Pricing for food & beverage depends on the menu selected and whether beverages from the bar are billed to individual guests, added to the master bill or a mixture of the two.

Property Rental

$2,000 for 24-hour rental and $3,500 for 48-hour (weekend) rental

Events booked more than four months in advance require exclusive rental of the resort's public facilities and grounds, which includes...
Main Lodge, featuring dining rooms, reception hall and bar
Gristmill, featuring a game hall and changing rooms
one bedroom of couple's choosing with breakfast for two
forty-acre property for outdoor ceremonies & photography

Pricing for events booked during peak months is based on weekend rental rather than the 24-hour rental.

Unlike the master suite, other overnight accommodations are not included in the property rental fee but are available at discounted rates as outlined below.

Overnight Accommodations

$150 for one night with full breakfast for two guests OR $300 for two nights with full breakfast each morning & a sack lunch for two guests

Exclusive use of the resort is predicated upon rental of all overnight accommodations, of which there are nineteen besides the master suite. Unlike the property rental or the furnishing & facilitation fee, room rentals are most often billed to individual guests at a discounted price. The rate for one night is $150 per night and includes a full breakfast for two guests, representing a 36% discount. The rate for two nights is $300 and includes a full breakfast both mornings and one sack lunch for two guests, representing a 40% discount.

A few notes on the pricing for overnight accommodations...
Rate is based on double occupancy.
Single occupancy rates are not available.
Rates for multi-occupancy rooms/children are available.
Room rate does not include tax, alcohol or gratuity.
Unoccupied rooms may be secured for $100/night.

Furnishing & Facilitation

$20 per guest (based on a minimum of 50 guests and capped at 125 guests)
provision of chairs, linens, serving ware & other critical furnishings
set-up & break-down for indoor or outdoor ceremonies & receptions
access to AV equipment, including PA systems, amplifiers & LCD projectors
pre-event planning consults & on-site coordination with our event facilitator

Food & Beverage

from $33 per guest per service depending on menu selection w/ minimum order of $1,500/night or $3,000/weekend

Cuisine With the exception of the wedding cake, Evins Mill is the exclusive provider of food services at the resort. Pricing for the reception meal and/or the rehearsal dinner depends on the number of guests and on the menu selected. Entree prices range from $33 to over $50, while the minimum order is $1,500/night or $3,000/weekend, not including beverages from the bar.

Beverages
With few exceptions, Evins Mill is the exclusive provider of beverage service at the resort. While tea, coffee, lemonade & ice water are included in all meal services and are complimentary at other times, beverages from the bar, including sodas & bottled waters, are also available but are billed for upon consumption, whether at a cash, open bar or mixture of the two.

Evins Mill is a FANTASTIC wedding venue! From the beginning, the staff was very professional, and you could tell they've done a lot of weddings and know exactly what to do. Our guests loved the lodging options, and we got tons of compliments on how beautiful the property is (saved us lots of money on buying decorations). There were several different areas where guests could relax before and after the ceremony. Tina, the day of coordinator, is so sweet and accommodating - I am so thankful we had her to help us! The servers and bartender at the reception were friendly and hard-working. Just go for a tour of the property - you will not be disappointed. Smithville is about 1-1.5 hours away from Nashville, but once you are there, it feels like a peaceful retreat. And I cannot forget to talk about the food! Everything we have ever eaten at Evins Mill has been delicious, and the guests were very impressed as well. I seriously cannot think of anything bad to say about this place - we will definitely make trips here in the future to celebrate our anniversary or just hike to the waterfall on the property." -Magan Berman

Evins Mill was the perfect venue for our wedding and the day couldn't have gone more perfectly. Tina and the rest of the staff were absolutely fantastic. Our guests raved about the accommodations, the food, the setting, and the staff. We were initially a little nervous about looking for a venue in Tennessee as we are a same-sex couple. While ours was their first same-sex wedding, we couldn't tell. We felt they handled our wedding just as they would any other. Our day was nothing short of magical! Everything we wanted and expected. Tina took care of everything. My husband and I were married at Evins Mill back in June of 2016 and we had the time of our lives. There is not one negative thing I could say except that I wish it could have lasted forever. It is a magical setting...meant for bringing loved ones together. I know I am late in giving them my review, but I happened to think of it today when thinking of something to do for our anniversary this year. That is a great part about it...years down the road you can revisit your special day on a romantic weekend getaway. We rented the entire location for our wedding weekend and ALL of our friends and family still talk about how much they enjoyed staying there as well. Tina and William were both amazing to work with. The food....OH MY....we still dream about the food and my husband always regrets forgetting to go get his leftover macaroni salad! -Kellyn

William, Tina, and their team were amazing to work with. My wife and I visited the venue a year before we got married. On our way home from our 1st visit we called William and reserved it. I literally can't speak highly enough of the place. I'm sure I called William and Tina way more than they liked but I never knew it. They kept everything professional and always returned my calls if I missed them. Even the day of the wedding I was still asking Tina questions and she kept her cool and always had the answer I was looking for! The cabins are hidden in the woods with views you don't expect in Smithville, TN. Having coffee in the morning on your balcony while watching the water run in the creek is always a great way to start your day! The food, oh the food, was excellent! Whether you get married close to Memorial Day or not it is a must to make the Memorial Day cookout! I can't wait until my wife and I go back, because we will be back! - Chad

Evins Mill was a gorgeous venue with excellent food, service, and an amazing atmosphere for my wedding weekend. I elected to rent out each and every room on the property and got a huge discount on the rooms for my wedding guests. The entire property was left for us and we had an excellent time in the game room, strolling the property, hiking to falls, and dining together. We even had a bonfire for the rehearsal dinner night. Every detail was perfect. They decorated our rehearsal dinner with fresh flowers they had leftover from a previous occasion at no extra cost. They provided a signature beverage that we didn't even expect. Everything was easy yet beautiful and amazing. I got comments from everyone that I had the best wedding they had ever been to.
