Evins Mill fields a full chef, wait and bartending staff; provides breakfast, lunch, dinner, break service & a full bar; and offers a private dining room for groups who prefer a more exclusive dining environment.
While most dinners are four-courses, featuring soup, salad, entree and dessert, dinner buffets are also available. Popular midday meal options include lunch buffets, three course luncheons, and working-session sack lunches. Breakfast & breaks are by default served buffet style.
As Evins Mill primarily serves only its overnight guests, it guarantees an intimate dining ambiance. To provide this kind of low-volume food service as impeccably as it does, the Evins Mill dining room functions not like a restaurant, but asks its group patrons to select in advance one or at most two entrees from the menu for each seating. Our chefs are exceedingly sensitive to all special dietary needs and will prepare accordingly.
