Complementing its beautiful acreage, delicious cuisine, and event services are twenty-five overnight accommodations with bedding for 25 to 70 guests. All units feature a private entrance, bathroom and deck with sylvan, millside or creekside views. All feature king bedding, wireless internet, television monitor (Roku only), coffee makers, individually controlled heating/cooling units, a 4:00 p.m. check-in and a 11:00 a.m. check-out.
Solstice Lodge
The Solstice Lodge takes its name from its location at the property's highest elevation. It features eight accommodations with access to multiple living rooms. Though hidden among a grove of poplar, hickory & cedar trees at the resort's highest elevation, Solstice is accessible by foot or car and is convenient to all the amenities of Evins Mill, including event spaces, fine dining, full bar & outdoor adventure. Its eight bedrooms can accommodate as many as sixteen guests.
Millside Lodge
The Millside Lodge takes its name from its elevated and panoramic views of the landmark gristmill. With additional views of Evins Mill Pond and the historic granary, its five bedrooms are the newest and most spacious of our accommodations and offer exclusive access to a private living room. Millside Lodge is accessible by foot or car and is convenient to all the amenities of Evins Mill, including event spaces, fine dining, full bar & outdoor adventure. Its five bedrooms can accommodate as many as eighteen guests.
Creekside Rooms
Creekside Rooms take their name from their proximity to Fall Creek. From every Creekside deck, guests can hear and see the water below. Located in the Lockhart, Lawrence & Webb Guest Houses and accessible by a broad and well let boardwalk via the Main Lodge, the twelve Creekside rooms can accommodate as many as thirty-six guests overnight. Creekside rooms come in two varieties - Mountain Laurels and Evergreens. The six Mountain Laurels feature vaulted hardwood ceilings, higher elevation views, and easier access.
