While most dinners are four-courses, featuring soup, salad, entree and dessert, our chefs also prepare reception buffets and festive overlook cookouts. Midday meal options include indoor buffets, outdoor cookouts, three-course luncheons and sack lunches. Breakfast & break service are served buffet style.
