Kenny's Farmhouse Cheese Tasting ~ Sat, Jul 13, '19

We're big fans of Kentucky-based Kenny's Cheese, which produces some of the best cheese around, is a major source of the cheese we serve, and is a favorite among our guests and staff alike! As such, we're pleased to host our second in as many years Kenny's Cheese Tasting on Sat, July 13.
The event begins with a 6:00 p.m. social hour, when Kenny's Cheese proprietors Kenny & Barbara will mix and mingle with guests, share the story of their farm, and sample a variety of their cheeses. A festive, Kenny's Cheese-inspired dinner will follow and will feature....
Appetizers Kenny's Cheese Board variety with grilled fruit, homemade pickles, and various breads and crackers
Soup Caramelized vidalia onion with reserve cheddar crisps
Salad Warm brie, toasted almonds, bibb lettuce and citrus/whole grain mustard vinaigrette
Entree Beef Tenderloin with horseradish, Kentucky blue sauce or Citrus Braised Duck with fresh fruit, chilies chutney
Sides Peppercorn Asiago Potato Gratin and Farmer's Market Ratatouille
Dessert Fromage Blanc Tart with homemade salted caramel and fresh summer berries

Northfield Vineyward Wine Tasting ~ Sat, Jul 20, '19

In conjunction with Northfield Vineyards in adjacent White County, Evins Mill is hosting a wine tasting on Saturday, July 20. Beginning at 6:00, Mark Ray of Northfield will discuss the history of his winery and sample many Northfield wines. The tasting will be paired with an assortment of appetizers and followed at 7:00 by a gourmet buffet dinner prepared by our own Chef Evans, who has crafted a menu to compliment the tasting...

Labor Day Cookout ~ Sun, Sep 1, '19

Evins Mill is hosting a Memorial Holiday Cookout on Sunday, May 26. Hors d'oeuvres are available as early as 6:00 while the cookout begins at 7:00. Guests are welcome to book a room, which includes the cookout and all other meals, or just make dinner reservations. Whether you stay over or come just for the night, come with an appetite, for the menu as always is as expansive as it will be tasty....
